Cancellation Policy
Please don’t cancel your trip, if driver denies to serve you, let driver cancel the trip.
You can create refund request directly from your app. Your request will be reviewed by our staff and necessary actions will be taken. This request will be processed according to rules mentioned below. Cancellation rules vary by type of trip.
Shared Trip Rules
Airport shared and outstation shared trip come under share trips. For shared trip you’ll need to pay 100% amount as advance. When you cancel your trip part of advance amount may be refunded as per rules mentioned below.
You cancel trip before driver is assigned | 95% of amount you paid as advance will be refunded, remaining 5% is for covering costs such as payment gateway that we’ve already paid. |
After driver is assigned | We won’t refund your advance after driver is assigned. |
We can’t find driver for your trip | 100% of advance amount will be refunded. |
Driver cancels your trip | Driver may cancel your trip if you violate rules, like carrying more luggage etc. We will not provide refund if it’s your fault. Otherwise we will refund you full amount. |
Driver is usually assigned 1 to 1.5 hours before trip time.
Private Trip Rules
Airport private, and outstation private come under private trips. For private trips you need to pay 15% + GST as advance amount. When you cancel your trip part of advance amount may be refunded as per rules mentioned below.

After driver is assigned | We won’t refund your advance after driver is assigned. |

Situations not under Mojcabs control.
We’ll arrange other car under situations such as car failure, accident etc, during your journey. Many situations are not under control of mojcabs, such as rain, lockdown, curfew, etc, under such situations we will provide you 95% of advance amount as refund if your trip has not yet started.
